We employ a team approach when building the Wealth Management Team for our clients.Our team consists of four key members:(1) You as our Client, (2) our Firm as your Investment Advisor, (3) a Portfolio Strategist, and (4) an Investment Manager.The development of your Wealth Management Team is designed to bring significant capability to each and every decision made in the ongoing management of your investment strategy.

The Investment Managers will:

• Conduct research and analysis on the securities being considered for purchase or sale

• Maintain a disciplined investment process and consistent investment style

• Provide competitive performance to peer group or asset class benchmark
